This solicitation is being issued as 100% small business set-aside for Commissary Equipment Description (CED) 1M00 Scale, platform, mobile for Defense Commissary Agency stores located in the continental United States and overseas locations. However, for overseas locations, with the exception of Hawaii and Alaska, the contractor would only be responsible for preparation for overseas shipment and delivery to the port. Only one Firm-Fixed Price contract is contemplated. The RFP will be posted on FedBizOpps at www.fedbizopps.gov. Offerors may obtain a copy of the solicitation at this site.
