SYNOPSIS This Synopsis is for meat wrapping systems and scales for various commissaries to weigh, wrap and label various sized trays of meat for sales display. Meat wrapping systems and scales are to be delivered to Defense Commissary Agency stores in the Continental United States to include Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and the Far East. See CED's 1M28, 1M30 and 4SPPM. The solicitation will result in 3 Firm Fixed Price (FFP) IDIQ contract, using the Fair Opportunity Decision Summary. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued on or about June 17, 2019 with a tentative closing date of July 17, 2019. The anticipated award date of September 1, 2019. This procurement is being issued as a commercial unrestricted acquisition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 333997 and the business size standard is 500 employees. By submission of an offer, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award of any contract resulting from the solicitation to include listing NAICS Code 333997 in the database.
