Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and repair on Government Owned Miscellaneous Food Processing Equipment (MFP) as required for the following commissary: Ft. Lewis, McChord, Smokey Point, and Whidbey Island. MFP consists of: meat saw, mixer/grinder systems (single, tandem, and industrial), rotary roll-in oven (electric and gas single rack), mini-rotary oven with proofer, meat conveyor, meat chopper table, meat molder/bulker, meat tenderizer table, meat cleaver, meat slicer, roll-in proofer (one and two door). The Period of Performance is twelve (12) months from date of award (base period) with two one-year option periods. The solicitation and resulting contract will include Firm Fixed Price (FFP) line items for PM, Trip Charges and Time & Materials (T&M) line items for unscheduled repairs. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued on or about 01/24/19, with a tentative closing date of 2/24/19. The anticipated award date is 05/02/19. This procurement is being issued as 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811310 and the business size standard is $7.5 million. Vendors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.acquisition.gov/, to include listing NAICS 811310 in order to be eligible for award. All responsible business sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered.
