The Defense Commissary Agency has a requirement to provide grocery carts with toy body design to commissary stores within the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii and overseas locations. The required grocery carts with toy body design must meet or exceed the attached specifications of Commissary Equipment Description (CED) 2E09. The contract will be for one base year and four option years. The applicable North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 333924; Business Size Standard is 750; and Product Service Code is 7290. Firms may indicate their interest in this requirement by submitting a statement verifying that their company is capable of providing a grocery carts with toy body design that complies with all of the specifications of the CED. Responses shall be received within fifteen (15) calendar days of publication of this notice. A determination not to compete this requirement is entirely at the discretion of the Government. Warren Commissary store. MFP consists of meat saws, mixer/grinder systems (single and tandem), rotary roll-in oven (electric and gas single rack), mini-rotary oven with proofer, meat conveyor, meat chopper table, meat molder/bulker, meat tenderizer table, meat cleaver, meat slicer and roll-in proofers (one and two door). The Period of Performance is one year from date of award (base period) with two one-year option periods. The solicitation and resulting contract will include Firm Fixed Price (FFP) line items for PM and Time and Materials (T&M) line items for unscheduled repairs. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued on or about January 13, 2020 with a tentative closing date of February 12, 2020. The anticipated award date is April 1, 2020. This procurement is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811310 and the business size standard is $7.5 million.
