Architectural & Refrigeration Upgrade of the 70,711 square foot Commissary at Kaneohe Bay, Island of Oahu, Hawaii The primary scope of the project is to replace major HVAC systems and product refrigeration systems in the commissary. The exterior scope of work includes repair or replacement of rooftop equipment supports, new roof hatch, new exterior illuminated commissary building sign, new exterior store hours sign, replacement of exterior doors as identified on drawings, replacement of receiving area dock seals and dock bumpers, replacement of exterior wall sealants, and cleaning & sealing of split-face CMU exterior walls. The interior scope of work includes replacement of the HVAC and refrigeration equipment to include display cases and associated support/monitoring equipment, and new sales area décor package including floor tile, ceiling tile, and lighting. Other interior work includes renovation of the seafood department, renovation of deli/bakery and sushi preparation areas, renovation of customer and employee restrooms, renovation of administrative office area, and miscellaneous maintenance/repair work throughout the facility. The project will be phased and the commissary must remain in operation for full service to customers during business hours. The range of magnitude of construction is between $25M and $100M.
