The Defense Commissary Agency has determined that contractors will need to be part of GSA's 03 FAC Schedule in order to participate in DeCA's acquisition (HDEC03-20-R-0001) for whole facility maintenance services for DeCA's Commissaries located in CONUS and OCONUS (Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, and Puerto Rico).
