SOLICITATION HDEC0223R0001 The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) is seeking sources capable of meeting the requirements to provide a full line of fresh fruits and vegetables (FF&V), packaged salads, live potted plants, and ornamental produce (fresh Indian corn, fresh gourds; fresh wreaths and garland, or fresh pine roping) to a total of 14 stores located in the states of Washington, Idaho, Montana, and Alaska. The proposed North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 311991- Perishable Prepared Food Manufacturing. DeCA is a Department of Defense (DoD) agency, headquartered at Fort Lee, Virginia that operates a worldwide chain of commissaries providing groceries to military personnel, retirees, disabled veterans, and other eligible beneficiaries.
