The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) is seeking a sources who are capable of meeting the requirements listed below in providing a full line of fresh fruits and vegetables (FF&V) to a total of 9 stores located in the states of Washington, Idaho, Montana and 5 stores in Alaska. The proposed NAICS for this acquisition is 311991. DeCA is a DOD agency, headquartered at Fort Lee Virginia and operates a worldwide chain of commissaries to provide groceries to military personnel, retirees and their families.
