The contractor must provide 20 heavy-duty travel tent kits with hard-sided blue travel cases, each featuring four handles and edge caster wheels. Each case must contain one tent frame, one roof, four removable side walls, four screw-in ground anchors, and eight heavy-duty ratcheting tie-down straps. The tent frame must be adjustable from 8.8 ft to 10.8 ft with locking release pins, tie-down points, screw-down footplates, and a 2.25-inch hexagonal leg profile. Tent fabric must be waterproof, fire resistant, UV resistant, and wind resistant in Hunter Green, with a 10 ft x 15 ft tent size. Additional details are provided in the attached document.
