The Defense Information Systems Agency intends to compete a requirement for proprietary Forward Enterprise software licenses and OEM resident engineering services to create a digital twin of the DoDIN for multi-vendor network visualization. The baseline procurement includes two dedicated OEM resident engineers, with an option for additional support. Performance will be at Scott AFB, Illinois, under a Firm-Fixed-Price contract. Competition is restricted to authorized resellers of Forward Networks, Inc., who must hold a Top Secret Facility Clearance at proposal submission.
