The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Acquisition Program Executive Office Services Enterprise Services Portfolio Management Office Mobility Branch has a requirement to renew brand-name, commercial-off-the-shelf software for 5,000 Department of Defense Mobility Classified Capability – Secret (DMCC-S) devices. The renewal is for brand-name ISEC7 Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) Sphere licenses, a Microsoft Outlook Client module with secure privileged identity management, with delegation mailbox capabilities and public folder integration to enable encrypted information to be available on DMCC-S devices. This requirement will procure existing brand-name ISEC7 annual software products provided under current contract, HC108420C0002, which is under the 8(a) program. The period of performance is July 15, 2025 – July 14, 2026.
