AMD 0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions received as illustrated in attached “AMD 0001 Question and Answers – HC108422R0007” and make updates to the RFP (changes listed in Block 14 of attached "AMD 0001 HC108422R0007 - RFP Cisco SW EA"). The proposal due date remains unchanged. The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) PL8413, 2300 East Drive, Scott AFB, IL 62225, is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation open to both large and small businesses for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The nature of this action is to procure brand name Cisco products and support comprised of subscription software licenses, Smart Net Total Care (SNTC) for Cisco-branded inventory, software support services (SWSS) for current perpetual licenses, and advanced engineering services in support of Fourth Estate (4E) Agencies). This acquisition is conducted under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C §2304(c)(1) and the regulatory authority of FAR 6.302-1. The recommendation is to execute a firm-fixed price single award, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract to Cisco Systems, Inc. (Cisco) or one of its certified gold partners. All Delivery Orders executed will be invoiced/paid montly in arrears. All proposals are due June 6, 2022 at 8:00 am central standard time. Questions are due May 31, 2022 at 8:00 am central standard time.
