If you have a problem downloading the attachment, please contact the point of contacts listed in this contract opportunity*** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 13.105(b) and the format in FAR Subpart 12.603 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This RFQ HC1047-21-R-0015 is using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR Part 13 and Commercial Item Procedures under FAR Part 12. This requirement is being solicited as unrestricted. The complete combined synopsis/solicitation is included in the Attachments. CONTRACT TYPE: A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract is contemplated. NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS): The NAICS code for this requirement is 561611 – Investigation Services – Fingerprint Services with the corresponding size standard of $22M average annual revenue. The right to make no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. DESCRIPTION: This RFQ is for purchasing Live Scan Fingerprinting Services for the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Headquarters, Fort Meade, MD. Contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, transportation, supervision, hardware, software/firmware, equipment, facilities, services, security, support, and all other expenses required to produce safe and secure live scan electronic fingerprinting services in accordance with the PWS (Attachment 1). SUBMISSION OF QUOTES: Quotes shall be submitted via email to the following via email ONLY: Questions Due: Thursday May 6, 2021 not later than 3:00PM Eastern Local Time Quotations Due: Monday May 10, 2021; 4:00PM Eastern Local Time. Any questions in reference to this RFQ must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer, Michelle Bontempo at michelle.l.bontempo.civ@mail.mil and Contract Specialist, Carmel Sanchez at carmel.sanchez.civ@mail.mil.
