CFBLNET
The contract seeks rapid delivery of full-range CFBLNet Design, Transition, and Operation (DTO) capabilities. These services will support the U.S. Air Force Mission Partner Capabilities Office (MPCO), MPE, and other NATO, coalition, mission partner, and U.S. initiatives. The work must comply with all MPE standards, specifications, governance, technical implementation, JMEI, and mission-based interoperability compliance and assessment requirements summarized in DoDI 8110.01. It must also be compatible with, or help implement, the current CFBLNet Manual “Organization and Responsibilities” and associated chapters. Compliance is required with all DISA PAE MPE-issued Instructions, Policies, and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs).
