CSOG Admin. Space Expansion–Defense Supply Center Columbus
The contractor will renovate Building 11, Section 13 by expanding the existing 4,700 square foot space into a neighboring office, adding 3,450 square feet. Work includes removing existing furniture and partitions, installing new partitions, replacing flooring and wall base, and installing new furniture. The contractor will also modify existing HVAC equipment to accommodate the new layout. Performance will take place at Building 11, Section 13. No budget or performance timeline is specified.
