This requirement is for an ultra high frequency (UHF) Satcom Antenna for the Integrated Broadcast Service (IBS), featuring hemispherical coverage, a low profile, MIL-STD-810 environmental compliance, DC grounding for P-Static, and reception down to 10 degrees elevation. The antenna supports the Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) located at Fort Huachuca.
