Posting the J&A to support a bridge contract award of the Approved Products Certification (APCO) and Transport Services (IE) Support requirement which provides oversight and continuity of approving authority for DoD agencies in the acquisition of communication equipment that is to be connected to the DoD Information Network and the Defense Information Systems Network, with an increased level of confidence through Interoperability and Cybersecurity certification. The award of this contract will allow time to work on and complete the realignment of tasks into existing or new task orders without a loss or delay of support ensuring continuity of APCO and IE support to DISA and the DoD Community. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) (FAR 6.302-1/DFARS 206.302-1).
