The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization, (DITCO-PL8321), Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Hexagon Namufacturing Intelligence, Inc., 250 Circuit Dr., North Kingstown, Rhode Island USA, for the procurement of Spatial Analyzer software support renewal. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements.
