"Paragraph 6.1.5.4 defines that travel will be reimbursed in accordance with FAR 31.205-46, which essentially defines reimbursable travel to Per Diem rates and mileage or actuals. Contractor has seen previous DISA RFPs provide a "plug number" that must be used in order to equalize potential bidders' travel estimates. Is there a "plug number" for this RFP?" The new response is plug number will be used. At this time the Government is opening solicitation HC102823R0041 for 24 hours and will close on 08/17/23 at 10:00am CST. No new proposals will be evaluated. At this time the Government is allowing all interested parties that submitted a proposal to add/change their travel CLIN to not to exceed $40,000. This will be awarded as a FFP contract with a cost travel CLIN. If travel is NOT proposed into the final cost, the Government will NOT negotiate after award. The government is allowing a $40,000 travel NTE CLINN other pricing can be changed. If an updated proposal is not received, the most recent proposal will be evaluated. 8/15- At this time the Government is opening solicitation HC102823R0041 for 24 hours and will close on 08/16/23 at 10:00am CST. This solicitation is for DISA San Antonio to Upgrade the Data Center San Antonio Security System head-end servers, Access Control System (ACS) to include door lock and release components and Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) surveillance systems to include cameras, monitors and Network Video Recorders (NVR).
