United States European Command (USEUCOM) and Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic require engineering development, design, procurement, fabrication, configuration, integration, installation, logistics, maintenance, and life cycle support solution services for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR), Information Technology (IT), and Electronic Security System (ESS) systems. These services will support USEUCOM initiatives to ensure Department of Defense Information Network and cyberspace operations enable mission command of the USEUCOM Commanders Theater Campaign Plan, war plans, and orders.

United States European Command (USEUCOM) and Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic require engineering development, design, procurement, fabrication, configuration, integration, installation, logistics, maintenance, and life cycle support solution services for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR), Information Technology (IT), and Electronic Security System (ESS) systems.
