All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.*** This requirement is to renew Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools (ACEIT) software support for Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) / Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) / Cost Analysis Branch (CFI1). The period of performance is September 30, 2022 through September 29, 2023, with 2 option years. This software support renewal is covered under the DISA Brand Name Software Class J&A - Control Number 2022-0342. The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Tecolote Research, Inc. to renew the required ACEIT software support. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by submitting clear evidence that they are an authorized reseller, and their capability to provide/perform within 3 days of the posting of this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Suppliers may provide correspondence via email at the following address: elizabeth.a.bono.civ@mail.mil. All responsible sources will be considered for evaluating the determination to issue a sole source purchase order. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
