The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization, (DITCO-PL8321), Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Mirion Technologies (Canberra), Inc., 5800 Research Pkwy, Meriden, Connecticut 06450 USA, for the procurement of Apex-InVivo Counter Workstation Software. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to provide Apex-InVivo Counter Workstation Software by submitting clear evidence that they are an authorized reseller, and their capability to provide/perform within 3 days of the posting of this notice.
