1. Contractors should ensure they have read and adhere to the administrative requirements contained withint the RFQ. THE CONTRACTOR SHOULD RETURN A SIGNED/COMPLETED 1449, TECHNICAL RESPONSE IN WORD/PDF, AND PRICING BREAKDOWN IN EXCEL. See the RFQ for evaluation factors. 2. Please note that the technical response and pricing response should be submitted separately. Price proposal should be submitted in Microsoft Excel and itemized by materials, labor categories, estimated labor hours, rate, number of employees for each labor category, what percentage of discount has been given, and total proposed cost for the requirement. 3. A site visit is being offered on Thursday, March 28, 2019. See the attachment labeled "Site Visit Schedule" for pertinent information. 4. Questions should be addressed to the contract specialist at sharon.e.brace.civ@mail.mil by Friday, March 29, 2019 at 1pm CST. Responses will be gathered and posted to FBO for all contractors. The Government reserves the right not to answer any questions received after this date/time. 5. The provisions/clauses in HC102819R0036 require contractor input. Contractors should ensure they complete all clauses in HC102819R0036, sign HC102819R0036, and return HC102819R0030 with their technical and pricing responses. 6. Quotes are due no later than April 16, 2019 by 2pm CST, and should be submitted electronically to the contract specialist noted above. 7. IAW with DISA Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DARS) 52.209-9000, each offeror shall specifically identify in its proposal, whether or not any potential or actual Organizational and Consultant Conflicts of Interest (OCCI) as described in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 9.5 exists for this procurement. If the offeror believes that no OCCI exists, the OCCI response shall set forth sufficient details to support such a position. If an offeror believes that an actual or perceived OCCI does exist on this procurement, the offeror shall submit an OCCI plan with the proposal, explaining in detail how the OCCI will be mitigated and/or avoided.
