Posting the J&A to support a bridge extension of the Technology Refresh Turnkey Project Support task order, which provides turnkey solutions for the technology refresh implementations in the Continental U.S. (CONUS) and Outside CONUS (OCONUS) and includes the implementation of several technologies in the DISN in order to provide mission-critical voice, video, and data services worldwide. The extension of the current task order will allow for continued support of this vital program during the protest period of the follow-on contract, while retaining the ability to provide a consistent level of effort for DISA and its stakeholders without a break in service. In accordance with FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(C), the task order modification must be issued on a sole-source basis in the interest of economy and efficiency because it is a logical follow-on to an order already issued.
