This is a SOURCES SOUGHT TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION to determine the availability and technical capability of small businesses (including the following subsets, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, HUBZone Firms; Certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses and Woman Owned Small Business) to provide the required products and/or services. The Joint Service Provider is seeking information for potential sources for configuration management, infrastructure supervision, and non-personal services to support operating, managing, and maintaining the Infrastructure within the National Capital Region (NCR). Support services include engineering support, operations monitoring, and configuration control of hardware assets that are installed or decommissioned within the following JSP Facilities: Communication Equipment Rooms (CERs), Consolidated Server Rooms (CSRs), Telecommunication Closets (TCs), Consolidated Radio Rooms (CRRs), Technical Control Facilities (TCF), Mark Center and Swing Space buildings, herein referred to as IFRs. The contractor shall provide On-Site facilities infrastructure support services and other non-personal technical support services, such as assisting in strategic planning of future facility infrastructure upgrades and enhancements based on operational and customer trends
