This is a combined synopsis/solicitation RFQ for a 100 MB commercial circuit intra-SWA, restricted to entities registered under the appropriate NAICS codes. Access to attachments requires a requestor’s UEI or CAGE code for verification, and Telecommunication Providers must have a current DITCO Basic Agreement signed by both the Government and the Contractor. The acquisition is not set-aside for small business and will be evaluated using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) process. Quoted prices must be broken into Monthly Recurring Charge (MRC), Non-Recurring Charge (NRC), and any tiered pricing for additional service months. The requested service date, acceptance criteria, instructions, and evaluation criteria are contained in the attached solicitation and its DITCO Additional Telecommunications Text (DATT).
