The government seeks a 1 GB commercial circuit for intra-Europe performance under a combined FAR Part 12 synopsis/solicitation. This is a restricted-access requirement: attachments are available only to entities registered under the appropriate NAICS codes, and access requests must include a UEI or CAGE code for verification or they will be rejected. Telecommunication Providers must have a current DITCO Basic Agreement signed by both the Government and Contractor before submitting quotes. Quoted prices must be identified by Monthly Recurring Charge (MRC), Non-Recurring Charge (NRC), and any tiered pricing for additional service months, and the requested service date and acceptance criteria are in the attached solicitation. This acquisition is not set aside for small business, and evaluation will use the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) process with instructions and criteria in the attached DITCO Additional Telecommunications Text (DATT).
