Access to the solicitation attachments is restricted to telecommunication providers with a current DITCO Basic Agreement and appropriate NAICS registration, with verification via UEI or CAGE code. Quoted prices must be broken down by monthly recurring charge, non-recurring charge, and any tiered pricing. The award will be based on the lowest price technically acceptable evaluation process. A requested service date and acceptance criteria are specified in the attached solicitation.
