This is a restricted-access combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or services using FAR Part 12 and the RFO, with attachments available only to entities registered under the appropriate NAICS codes and requiring UEI or CAGE code verification. Telecommunication Providers must have a current DITCO Basic Agreement signed by both the Government and the Contractor before submitting quotes. The acquisition is not set aside for small business concerns. Quoted prices must identify Monthly Recurring Charge, Non-Recurring Charge, and any tiered pricing for additional service months, while the requested service date and acceptance criteria are outlined in the attached solicitation. Evaluation will use the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable process, with instructions and criteria in the DITCO Additional Telecommunications Text of the solicitation.
