This is a restricted access combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial telecommunications services. Access to attachments requires registration under the appropriate NAICS codes and a valid UEI or CAGE code. Telecommunication Providers must have a current DITCO Basic Agreement signed by both parties before submitting quotes. Quoted prices must be identified by Monthly Recurring Charge, Non-Recurring Charge, and tiered pricing as applicable. The evaluation will use the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) process with criteria detailed in the attached DITCO Additional Telecommunications Text.
