This RFQ seeks a 50 MB commercial circuit intra-SWA. It is a restricted-access requirement: attachments are available only to entities registered under the appropriate NAICS codes, and access requests must include the requestor's UEI or CAGE code for verification. Telecommunication Providers must have a current DITCO Basic Agreement signed by both the Government and the Contractor. Quoted prices must be identified by Monthly Recurring Charge, Non-Recurring Charge, and any tiered pricing for additional service months, with the requested service date and acceptance criteria in the attached solicitation. Evaluation will use Lowest Price Technically Acceptable, with instructions and criteria in the attached DITCO Additional Telecommunications Text, and this acquisition is not set aside for small business concerns.
