This RFQ seeks a 100 MB commercial circuit intra-SWA. It is a restricted-access requirement: attachments are available only to entities registered under the appropriate NAICS codes, and access requests must include the requestor’s UEI or CAGE code for verification. Telecommunication Providers must have a current DITCO Basic Agreement signed by both the Government and the Contractor. The acquisition is not set aside for small business and will be evaluated using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA), with quoted prices broken into MRC, NRC, and any tiered pricing for additional service months.
