This is a Request for Quotation for a 50 MB commercial telecommunications circuit between Europe and Southwest Asia. The requirement is restricted to Telecommunication Providers with a current DITCO Basic Agreement. Offers will be evaluated using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable process, and all quoted prices must be broken out by Monthly Recurring Charge, Non-Recurring Charge, and any tiered pricing. The service date and acceptance criteria are detailed in the attached solicitation documents. This acquisition is not set aside for small businesses.
