This RFQ is for a 100 MB commercial circuit to be provided in Southwest Asia. The acquisition is not set aside for small business, and only Telecommunication Providers with a current DITCO Basic Agreement may submit quotes. Offers will be evaluated using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) process. All quoted prices must be broken out by Monthly Recurring Charge, Non-Recurring Charge, and any tiered pricing.
