This is a Request for Quotation for a 50 MB commercial Intra-Europe telecommunications service. The requirement is restricted to Telecommunication Providers with a current DITCO Basic Agreement. Offers will be evaluated using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable process, and all quoted prices must be broken out by Monthly Recurring Charge, Non-Recurring Charge, and any tiered pricing. The requested service date and acceptance criteria are detailed in the attached solicitation documents. This acquisition is not set aside for small business.
