This requirement must be quoted and awarded alongside a separate, linked solicitation to a single vendor, based on the lowest combined life cycle cost and technical acceptability for both. Quotes are incomplete and will not be considered unless they are submitted for both linked requirements. The evaluation will follow a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process. Pricing must be broken out by monthly recurring charges, non-recurring charges, and any tiered pricing. This is not a small business set-aside.
