HC1019-22-R-0006 for a single-award firm-fixed price type contract for the Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) Code 109. This IT and Cybersecurity services contract is to provide the PHNSY & IMF Code 109 with IT and cybersecurity support capabilities in compliance with Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Navy (DoN), Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), and Department of Energy (DoE) regulatory requirements, including any general support tasks as further defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Performance of services occur at the PHNSY & IMF located at Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam Hawaii, but also include on-site support at PHNSY & IMF’s Area of Responsibility (AOR) on Naval Base Guam. Work requirement may include work within INDOPACOM AOR as required. This acquisition will be evaluated using the best value tradeoff evaluation method. Period of performance is five years (one-year base period and 4 one-year option periods), if all options are exercised. This is a 100% Small Business Set-aside.
