This is a controlled-access RFQ for telecommunications services (NAICS 517111, PSC DG11), prepared as a combined synopsis/solicitation under FAR Part 12 and not set aside for small business. Interested parties must have a DITCO Basic Agreement and request access using their UEI or CAGE code; requests without that identifying information will be rejected, and if access is not approved or rejected within 24 hours, contact the listed DISA email. Quoted prices must be stated as monthly recurring and/or non-recurring charges, with CLINs including descriptions, quantities, and units of measure as indicated in the IQO Deskbook. Award will use the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) evaluation process.
