This is a controlled access telecommunications requirement, set aside for small businesses (size standard of 1500 employees), available only to entities with a DITCO Basic Agreement. The place of performance, service date, and quote due date are specified in the attached solicitation documents. Quoted prices must be identified as monthly recurring and/or non-recurring charges. The lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) source selection process will be used for evaluation. Access requests require a UEI or CAGE code for verification.
