This is a controlled access requirement for telecommunications services, available only to entities with a DITCO Basic Agreement. The acquisition is set aside for small businesses with a size standard of 1,500 employees, using the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) evaluation process. Quoted prices must be identified as monthly recurring and/or non-recurring charges. The place of performance, service date, and detailed requirements are specified in the attached solicitation. Access requests require a UEI or CAGE code for verification.
