Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial telecommunications products and services issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The procurement is set aside for small businesses with a size standard of 1,500 employees, and it will use a lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) evaluation process. The specific description of the requirement, place of performance, and requested service date are detailed in the attached solicitation document. Quoted prices must be identified as monthly recurring and/or non-recurring charges.
