The solicitation is also downloadable via IDEAS, is issued as an RFQ, and no separate written solicitation will be issued. It is not set aside for small business, and the applicable NAICS code is 517111 with product/service code DG11. Pricing must be submitted as monthly recurring and/or non-recurring charges, CLINs must follow the IQO Deskbook, and award will use the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) process based on criteria in the attachment.
