This is a controlled-access solicitation for commercial telecommunications products and services, available only to entities with a DITCO Basic Agreement. It is a combined synopsis/solicitation issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), and proposals are being requested. The evaluation will use a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process. All quoted prices must be identified as monthly recurring and/or non-recurring charges.
