This is a controlled-access request for quotes (RFQ) for telecommunications products and services, available only to entities holding a DITCO Basic Agreement. The evaluation will use a lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) source selection process. Specific details regarding the requirement, place of performance, service date, and evaluation criteria are contained in the attached solicitation documents. Quoted prices must be broken out as monthly recurring and/or non-recurring charges.
