This is a controlled-access request for telecommunications products and services, available only to entities with a DITCO Basic Agreement. The procurement will use a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process for evaluation. The full description of the requirement, place of performance, service date, and evaluation criteria are contained in the attached solicitation document. Quoted prices must be broken out as monthly recurring and/or non-recurring charges.
