This Pre-Solicitation Notice serves as notification to industry of the upcoming Request for Proposal (RFP) package for telecommunications services supporting the travel mission requirements of a DISA Field Element. Currently DISA acquires temporary commercial telecommunications services through the existing DTTS-III contract: HC1013-15-D-0001. This procurement will be in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. This contract will provide for the installation, activation, relocation (if necessary), termination, and removal of temporary telecommunication services (voice and data) at locations throughout the CONUS, Alaska and Hawaii. The estimated date in which the RFP for this acquisition will be uploaded to Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) is 28 August 2019. The solicitation and resulting contract will consist of a 1-year base period, with four 1-year options. DITCO intends to negotiate a firm-fixed price, single award Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract. DITCO anticipates making award selection of this competitive acquisition on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis.
