The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), 2300 East Drive, Scott AFB IL 62225, intends to modify the DoD Mobility Classified Capability (DMCC) Blanket Purchase Agreement, HC101317A0001, to include line items for priority data services with the First Responder Network Authority (FirstNet) and larger international data plans. DITCO intends to issue the modification to AT&T Mobility LLC, 7229 Parkway Drive, Hanover, MD 21076. This modification will add firm fixed price line items for FirstNet and larger international data plans for customers to acquire at the order level. Anticipated modification execution is in June 2020. The modification will be firm fixed price and will be available for the remaining month of the final option period. The period of performance is June 2020 - 05 February 2021, with the agreement expiring 05 February 2021. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other type of property or services will satisfy the agency requirement. Any company that determines they can provide FirstNet services and larger international service plans may send a letter that confirms their ability to provide these services. Responsible sources may respond and shall be considered by the agency for the duration of the BPA.
