The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), PL8212, 2300 East Drive, Scott AFB, IL 62225 has hereby issued a solicitation for an extensive communications network to support the activity of the DISA Field Element at each location (trip site). This communications network consists of Government-owned and commercial-leased communications services and/or equipment. The network is dedicated to supporting the activities of the DISA Field Element. Typical requirements for the network include voice, data, and video communication services at various trip site locations throughout the Contiguous United States (CONUS), Alaska, and Hawaii. The trip site communications network remains constituted for the duration of the scheduled visit. This procurement will be in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Requirement will be awarded as Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. The period of performance is 1 base year plus four 1-year option periods.
