The purpose of this modification is to add a 20 Mbps bandwidth upgrade to support mission requirements. This upgrade is considered to be in scope of the performance work statement because it is a minor upgrade to the bandwidth using the existing infrastructure and the existing contracted satellite connectivity necessary to support the increased data consumption of Thule Air Base and meet the need for increased replication capability as directed by the commander of Air Force Space Command.
