INTERESTED CONTRACTORS ARE REQUIRED TO RESPOND TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE WITH A CAPABILITY DOCUMENT, NOT MORE THAN SEVEN PAGES, THAT DESCRIBES HOW THE CONTRACTOR INTENDS TO PROVIDE THE REQUESTED SERVICES. ************************************************************************************* Description of Requirement: Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH) is seeking a contractor who shall provide qualified personnel, services, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, vehicles, transportation, facilities supervision and other requirements necessary for, or incidental to, the performance of work set forth in the Draft PWS, including hazardous material supply management, waste management, environmental management support, and household reuse management for MCBH, Camp Smith, Puuloa Range Training Facility, and Marine Corps Training Area Bellows, as well as, waste disposal preparation at Pohukuloa Training Area in Hawaii County. Services include Hazardous Materials Minimization, Waste Disposal Management and Preparation for Transportation, Environmental Management Support, Household Reuse Room Management, Waste Accumulation Point Inspections, Hazardous Materials Management and Waste Management Training. The contractor shall be responsible for safeguarding proprietary and other sensitive information, be immediately capable of addressing and interpreting all aspects of environmental law and regulation for MCBH and the Environmental Department.
